This article details the steps to migrate to the new Jiggle Web Wallet.

We are excited to announce a major update to Jiggle! Our new and improved Jiggle Wallet brings a host of enhanced features and tools designed to offer a better user experience:

  • Social Logins: Sign in using your Google and Apple credentials, with no need for lengthy backup options or private keys.

  • Jiggle Web Wallet: Access your wallet directly from your browser.

  • Jiggle Pay Integration: Enjoy streamlined crypto payments. Keep an eye out for the JigglePay button on store cashiers!

To take advantage of these new features and payment tools, all users are required to create a new Jiggle account through the Jiggle web wallet.

Depending on whether you have an existing Jiggle App Crypto balance or not, the migration will look different, so please read the following instructions carefully!


Users without a Wallet Balance

If your Jiggle app has no remaining balance, the transition is straightforward. All you need to do is create a New Jiggle Web Wallet.


Users with an Existing Wallet Balance

If you have a balance in your Jiggle app, it's essential to transfer your funds to avoid any potential loss. Follow these steps:

  1. Create a New Jiggle Web Wallet Account:

  2. Transfer Your Funds:

    • Once your new account is set up, transfer your funds from the Jiggle App to your new Jiggle web wallet.

  3. Complete Migration by the Deadline:

    • Ensure that all funds are transferred by 28th February. Any funds not transferred by this deadline may be at risk of loss when the Jiggle app is updated to the new version.
