What is Jiggle Link?
A crypto transfer request, available only through Jiggle. The sender fills in the wallet address, currency and amount in advance, so you can buy and send in one go without copying an address. Full walkthrough: Jiggle Link: The Simplest Way To Send Crypto.
Can I use Jiggle Link with currencies other than Litecoin?
Jiggle Link works with Litecoin, Ethereum and Solana. To send anything else, transfer it manually from your wallet: go to Actions, select Send, and choose your currency.
What if I already have the crypto?
Jiggle checks your balance against the blockchain automatically. If you have enough, you go straight to the send screen. If not, you'll be prompted to buy the difference.
Do I need a Jiggle account?
Yes, but you can create one on the spot with Google, Apple, or your email address and a 6-digit PIN. It takes under a minute.
Can I use Jiggle Link on my phone?
Yes, in any mobile browser or in the Jiggle app. Your account and balances are the same either way.
What does it cost?
Jiggle charges no fees. You may pay an exchange fee if you buy crypto, shown before you confirm, plus a small network fee to the blockchain. Network fees vary by currency and how busy the network is. See Exchange and Transaction Fees.
My card was declined, but the money is showing as reserved
That's a pre-authorisation hold rather than a charge, and it's released by your bank. See My credit/debit card payment was declined, but money is still reserved in my bank account.
