What is a Jiggle Link?
A Jiggle Link is a crypto transfer request. The person or business who sent it has already filled in the wallet address, the cryptocurrency and the amount, so you do not need to copy an address or work out what to send.
Open the link, log in, make sure you have enough crypto, confirm. That is the whole flow, and it usually takes a couple of minutes.
Jiggle Link supports Litecoin, Ethereum and Solana. The sender chooses which one their Link requests, so you cannot swap it for a different currency. If you want to send something else, you can do that manually from your wallet: go to Actions, select Send, and choose your currency.
You can complete a Jiggle Link in any browser or in the Jiggle app. There is nothing to download unless you want to.
Step 1: Open the Jiggle Link
Tap or click the Jiggle Link you were sent. It opens the transfer request in your browser. If you already have the Jiggle app installed, it will open there instead.
Step 2: Log in/ Sign Up
Sign in with Google, Apple, or your email address and 6-digit PIN. If you do not have a Jiggle account yet, you can create one on this screen in under a minute.
Prefer to use the app? Download it from the App Store or Google Play, sign in, and open the Jiggle Link again. Your account and balances are the same on web and mobile.
Once you are logged in, you will see the transfer request.
Step 3: Buy crypto, if you need to
Jiggle checks your balance of the requested currency against the blockchain automatically.
If you already have enough, you go straight to the send screen. Skip to Step 5.
If you do not, select Buy Crypto. This opens one of our exchange partners, in a new window to take your payment. They handle the buying and selling of crypto across the Jiggle wallet, so seeing an third party exchange here is expected!
Follow the checkout steps before being returned to Jiggle!
Step 4: Await your crypto delivery
After you pay, your crypto is delivered to your Jiggle wallet. Stay on the screen and you will be notified as soon as it lands. This is usually quick, but it depends on the network and on your payment method clearing.
If you close the tab, your crypto still arrives. Log back in and open the Jiggle Link again to finish the transfer.

Step 5: Confirm and send
Once you have enough of the requested currency, you are taken to the send screen with everything filled in for you: the recipient's wallet address, the cryptocurrency and the amount.
Check the details look right, then confirm. Your transfer is on its way.
Crypto transfers are final. Once confirmed, a transfer cannot be cancelled, reversed or altered by Jiggle or by anyone else.
What does it cost?
There are two costs you may see, and neither goes to us:
An exchange fee, charged by the exchange partner if you buy crypto. This is shown before you confirm your purchase.
A network fee, paid to the blockchain to confirm your transfer. This varies by currency and by how busy the network is.
