1. Why is migration to the Jiggle Web Wallet necessary?

The migration is necessary to access the new and improved Jiggle features, including social logins, Jiggle Pay integration, and the ability to manage your wallet through a browser. These upgrades enhance the user experience and expand the platform's functionality.

2. What happens if I don’t migrate by the 28th February deadline?

After this date, the current version of the Jiggle App will be disabled, and you will lose access to funds remaining in the Jiggle app.

3. How do I migrate if I don’t have a wallet balance?

If your Jiggle App wallet has no balance, the process is simple:

  1. Create a new Jiggle Web Wallet account.

  2. Follow the setup instructions, and you're good to go!

4. How do I migrate if I have a wallet balance?

For users with an existing wallet balance, follow these steps:

  1. Create a new Jiggle Web Wallet account.

  2. Transfer all your funds from the Jiggle App to the new web wallet.

  3. Ensure funds are transferred by the 28th of February.

5. What features are available in the new Jiggle Web Wallet?

The new Jiggle Web Wallet offers:

  • Social logins via Google and Apple accounts.

  • Browser-based wallet access on all devices.

  • Jiggle Pay integration for seamless crypto payments.
