When you buy or sell crypto with the Jiggle Web Wallet, we sometimes need to open a new tab to connect you to our exchange partner. If your browser blocks pop-ups, that tab won’t open - and your buy or sell won’t go through.

No stress - you can fix this in under a minute by allowing pop-ups just for pay.jiggle.app. Here’s how:

Enable Pop-Ups in Safari

Mac (Desktop)

  1. Open Safari and go to pay.jiggle.app.

  2. In the top menu (Above your browser), click SafariSettings (or Preferences on older versions).

  3. Click the Websites tab → Pop-up Windows.

  4. Find pay.jiggle.app in the list and change the dropdown to Allow.

iPhone/iPad (iOS)

Easiest (in the moment):

  1. Try your buy or sell on pay.jiggle.app.

  2. If Safari shows 'This site is attempting to open a pop-up window', tap Allow.

Via settings:

  1. Open your device’s Settings app.

  2. Search or scroll down to Safari.

  3. Under “General,” switch Block Pop-ups to off.

  4. Go back to Safari and try your Jiggle transaction again.

💡 Quick tip: You’re only enabling pop-ups for pay.jiggle.app, not for the entire internet. This keeps your buys and sells running smoothly while keeping the rest of your browsing safe. If you enable pop-ups for all sites, remember to turn them Off when you’re done.
