When you buy or sell crypto with the Jiggle Web Wallet, we sometimes need to open a new tab to connect you to our exchange partner. If your browser blocks pop-ups, that tab won’t open - and your buy or sell won’t go through.
No stress - you can fix this in under a minute by allowing pop-ups just for my.jigglewallet.com. Here’s how:
Enable Pop-Ups in Chrome
Desktop (Windows/Mac)
Go to my.jigglewallet.com in Chrome.
If a pop-up gets blocked, look for the little icon in your address bar (a small window with a red “x” or similar).
Click it, then choose “Always allow pop-ups and redirects from my.jigglewallet.com”.
Hit Done, refresh the page, and you’re good to go.
If you want to do it through Chrome settings instead:
Type
chrome://settings/content/popupsinto your address bar.Under Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects, click Add.
Paste this in:
https://my.jigglewallet.com
Click Add.
Mobile — Android
Easiest (in the moment):
Try your buy or sell on my.jigglewallet.com.
If Chrome shows Pop-up blocked at the bottom, tap Always show.
Via settings:
Chrome ⋮ → Settings → Site settings → Pop-ups and redirects.
Turn Pop-ups and redirects On (or ensure my.jigglewallet.com is allowed), then retry your buy/sell. You can turn it back Off afterward if you like.
Mobile — iPhone/iPad (Chrome on iOS)
Easiest (in the moment):
Try your buy or sell on my.jigglewallet.com.
If Chrome shows Pop-up blocked, tap Always show.
Via settings:
Open Chrome and tap the three dots (bottom right).
Go to Settings → Content Settings → Block Pop-ups.
Turn Block Pop-ups Off.
Tap Done, complete your buy or sell, then turn them back On for security.
💡 Quick tip: You’re only enabling pop-ups for my.jigglewallet.com, not for the entire internet. This keeps your buys and sells running smoothly while keeping the rest of your browsing safe. If you enable pop-ups for all sites, remember to turn them Off when you’re done.
