When you buy or sell crypto with the Jiggle Web Wallet, we sometimes need to open a new tab to connect you to our exchange partner. If your browser blocks pop-ups, that tab won’t open — and your buy or sell won’t go through.

No stress — you can fix this in under a minute by allowing pop-ups just for pay.jiggle.app. Here’s how:

Enable Pop-Ups in Microsoft Edge

Desktop (Windows/Mac)

Quick way (when you see a pop-up blocked message):

  1. Go to pay.jiggle.app in Edge.

  2. If a pop-up is blocked, click the Pop-up blocked icon in the address bar (a small window with an “x”).

  3. Select Always allow pop-ups and redirects from pay.jiggle.app.

  4. Click Done, then refresh the page.

Via Edge settings:

  1. Open Edge and click the three dots (…) in the top right corner.

  2. Select SettingsCookies and site permissions.

  3. Scroll down and click Pop-ups and redirects.

  4. Under Allow, click Add and enter:

    https://pay.jiggle.app
  5. Click Add, then retry your buy or sell.

Mobile — Android

Easiest (in the moment):

  1. Try your buy or sell on pay.jiggle.app.

  2. If Edge blocks the pop-up, tap Always allow or Show when prompted.

Via settings:

  1. Open the Edge app and tap the three dots (…) at the bottom.

  2. Go to SettingsSite permissionsPop-ups and redirects.

  3. Turn Pop-ups and redirects On (or add pay.jiggle.app to the allowed list).

  4. Complete your buy or sell, then turn it back Off if you prefer.

Mobile — iPhone/iPad (Edge on iOS)

Microsoft Edge on iOS uses Apple’s Safari engine, so pop-up control works the same as Safari:

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.

  2. Scroll down to Safari.

  3. Under General, turn Block Pop-ups Off.

  4. Complete your buy or sell in Edge, then turn it back On afterward.

💡 Quick tip: You’re only enabling pop-ups for pay.jiggle.app, not for every site. This keeps your buys and sells smooth while keeping the rest of your browsing safe. If you allow pop-ups globally, remember to turn them Off when you’re done.
